Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 2 days of receiving your watch.
- The return request must be raised within the specified return period.
- Products must be returned in their original condition with all original packaging and accessories.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
A clear and unedited unboxing video is mandatory for any return request.
The video should clearly show:
- The complete package before opening
- The entire unboxing process
- The watch and its condition immediately after opening
- Original packaging and accessories
Return requests without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected by SEIKO MODS.
- A ₹150 return shipping charge will be deducted from the eligible refund amount.
- Once the return is approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Non-Returnable Products
Certain products may be marked as non-returnable due to their nature, hygiene considerations, customization, or other product-specific conditions.

Important
Products that have been damaged, altered, used improperly, or returned without their original packaging and accessories may not be eligible for a return or refund.
